Welcome to TSC LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the2ndchance.club (the “Website”) and any related mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the “Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platform and all related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Registration

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. 3. Eligibility and Use of Services

TSC LLC reserves the right, without notice, to modify or restrict Services, suspend accounts, or limit access to specific features at our sole discretion.

Some Services may rely on third-party integrations or service providers, for which we are not responsible. While we aim to deliver Services on a best-effort basis, we are not liable for interruptions, delays, or discontinuation beyond our reasonable control.

5. User-Generated Content

If you post, upload, or submit any content (e.g., comments, reviews, forum posts), you grant TSC LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote such content for operational and promotional purposes related to the Platform.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit and must ensure it does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or community standards.

6. Payments and Refunds

Certain Services or memberships may require payment through third-party payment processors. TSC LLC does not store or directly process your payment data.

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of initial payment, provided no significant portion of the Service has been consumed. To request a refund, contact hello@the2ndchance.club with your transaction details.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, access, or use of the Platform at our discretion and without prior notice for violations of these Terms or any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

8. User Code of Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Post or share unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or threatening material.

  • Harass, exploit, or impersonate other users.

  • Distribute spam, solicitations, or malware.

  • Interfere with or disrupt Platform functionality.

  • Violate any intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of others.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Disclaimer

All content and Services provided on the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness. You agree that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSC LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Platform;

  • Unauthorized access, data breaches, or alterations of your content;

  • Third-party conduct, fraud, or technical failures.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid (if applicable) for the Service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puerto Rico.
